The hotel was absolutely great, but I stayed for 1 night only. The queen room had basic facilities you need, climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel television. The bed was comfy, I enjoyed it. The staffs were affable & superfriendly. Location: the venue was so close to downtown.

We stayed at a hotel in downtown, walking distance to all spots for 4 days. the room had a delightful corner suite upgraded from the Basic King Room, making us feel like VIPs. the staff was incredibly kind, almost like friends. the bed and linens were comfy, and the hotel provided ample towels, tea, coffee, and water throughout our stay. Excited to return!

Convenient Location and Cozy Room
The hotel is not far from downtown, which is really convenient. The room was really comfy, and there was a shower, hairdryer, and bathrobe. 🛁 It's good to have those in case you need them.

The location here was amazing, right in the heart of Jackson; also, the staff were super attentive and friendly.

The free breakfast was decent and they had a fitness center that was open 24/7. the hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and shops. the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough for all of our luggage.
The bathroom was not clean, there was hair and grime in the shower and on the floor. the heating and air conditioning unit was loud and kept us up at night.
